And I hope this makes up for it, there's alot of mistakes, probably since I did the bg and the chars seperately. But I like the over all turnout. I supose my biggest accomplishment with this would be the lineart, of which I'm quite proud of. Anywho, this is Zack, Mendo's char, and Tim. You should all know him by now.


entire thing took 6 hrs straight
bg was done in Corel Painter 3 and chars were done in PS CS2

Good work! I like how you used cell shading and then soft shading around other parts to give it depth. And wow! I love your style of drawing animals! It's good to have large range of style! Haha

It's great to see some more cervidae art from ya! As usual, the background is gorgeous; I love the painted, watercolour-like feel to it, and your colour palette's impeccable. I adore your deer designs; Tim is such a cutie! :3

I love the atmosphere in this and that last big deer painting you did. It's like the storm's rolling in. I never see that kind of sky painted.

I dunno if you want critique since this is a commission, and I don't know what she paid for, but I'll just make a small one. Where the sky and grass meet looks a little muddied together. I think it could benefit from them being a little more distinct from each other.
